These terms cover how you order from Laoji, what our delivery estimates mean, and how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Ordering terms

[PLACEHOLDER] By placing an order through the Laoji app you make an offer to purchase the listed items at the prices shown at checkout. Availability is confirmed only when the order is accepted by the serving store.

2. Delivery timelines

3. Cancellations and refunds

[PLACEHOLDER] Orders may be cancelled without charge before the store begins packing. Refunds for eligible cancellations, missing items or damaged goods are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Limitation of liability

5. User conduct
